You live on socials and understand the behaviour, culture, and mechanics of each platform better than most. You don’t just consume content, you understand why it works: the format, the timing, the feeling. You’re fast, creative, and you thrive in environments that move at speed.

As a Content Creator, you'll be working directly at this global client’s office, sitting at the intersection of brand and agency. You won’t just be making content, you’ll be shaping creative direction, managing production, and making sure everything that goes out is sharp, on-trend, and on-brand. This role is for someone who’s equal parts creator, strategist, and communicator. You need to move quick, think smart, and know how to navigate a corporate environment without losing your creative edge.

The Role

  • Own the end-to-end content process: ideation, concept approval, shooting, editing, and publishing.
  • Act as the creative lead onsite: give feedback, approve concepts, and keep the quality bar high across all formats and channels.
  • Be the eyes and ears on trends: monitor what’s happening in real time and translate it into relevant content opportunities.
  • Keep the team sharp; regularly share updates on new platforms, features, tools, formats, and cultural moments that matter.
  • React to live moments; the brand is close to major sports and cultural events, so you'll need to create compelling, timely content under pressure.
  • Work directly with the client’s team: attend meetings, present ideas clearly, and manage stakeholder expectations like a pro.

The Person

  • 3+ years’ experience in content creation, social media, or a similar creative role.
  • You are a social native; knowing the mechanics of each platform and adapting content accordingly. E.g. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts.
  • You can come up with a strong idea and execute it quickly. E.g. cultural moments.
  • You can manage your own workload without being chased. You're comfortable building your own processes, tracking your projects, and flagging blockers.
  • You can give a clear brief, a direct piece of feedback, or a confident presentation to a senior client; and feel equally at ease in all three scenarios.
  • Solid editing skills, comfortable with content planning tools, and always testing what's new.

The Details

  • Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
  • Location: Paddington, Central London (hybrid working)
  • Salary: circa £45,000 (depending on experience)
  • Benefits: Excellent package + perks
