The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Art Director to join this remote 3D team, supporting the creation of high-visibility campaigns and product imagery for this website. You’ll be responsible for directing the development of world-class still and motion content that balances brand identity, customer needs, and technical execution.
The right person will bring a keen eye for style, visual composition, and emerging trends, fostering collaboration with 3D Artists and ensuring customer-focused delivery.
This role requires someone who can both follow established style guides and introduce aspirational creative solutions that elevate the customer experience. The Role
- Present design solutions to stakeholders for concept and layout approval
- Plan, concept, and execute elevated image and video content
- Build layouts and create clear creative briefs for 3D Artist teams
- Direct and motivate creative teams while fostering collaboration and innovation
- Translate customer insights into inspirational shopping experiences
- Oversee outsourced design/production where needed and recommend resourcing solutions
- Partner with production to schedule and allocate talent effectively
The Person
- 8+ years’ experience in 3D design and art direction
- Strong online portfolio showcasing visual branding, online marketing, and customer-centred design
- Advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma
- Experience in photo/video art direction and remote team management
- Proven ability to define/maintain style guides or brand guidelines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in virtual production and VFX (desired)
- Expertise in elevated 3D lifestyle/editorial imagery direction (desired)
