Role Overview
The Junior Origination Manager supports the sourcing and development of the acquisition pipeline across the company’s operating markets. The role focuses on identifying and tracking smaller to mid-sized real estate opportunities (up to €10 million per transaction), maintaining broker relationships, and assisting in building a consistent deal flow aligned with the Group’s investment strategy. Working closely with senior origination, country teams, brokers and advisors, the role contributes to delivering an annual acquisition pipeline of approximately €50–60 million across multiple countries. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited to someone with strong commercial curiosity, developing deal instincts, and a proactive approach to sourcing opportunities.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Deal Origination & Pipeline Support
- Source and track acquisition opportunities across target markets, focusing on deals up to €10 million.
- Support the development of a consistent pipeline contributing to an annual target of €50–60 million.
- Maintain and update a structured pipeline database.
- Monitor on-market listings and assist in identifying off-market opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agents and local market participants.
- Support senior team members in maintaining key broker and lender relationships.
- Attend meetings, site visits and networking events where relevant.
- Assist in mapping relevant assets, owners and market activity across regions.
- Track comparable transactions, pricing trends and local dynamics.
- Monitor refinancing situations and potential opportunities at a basic level.
- Work with local teams to identify and follow up on opportunities.
- Support communication between central and local teams on deal flow.
- Assist with local sourcing initiatives and outreach.
- Conduct preliminary screening of opportunities (location, pricing, asset quality).
- Prepare short summaries and basic analysis for internal review.
- Support the investment team by organizing deal materials and data.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline tracking.
- Support weekly pipeline reporting across regions.
- Track key deal flow metrics (sourced, reviewed, progressed).

Experience
