Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Country Manager to lead our Gibraltar and UK office, overseeing a diverse portfolio of office, residential, commercial, and hospitality assets. This role requires regular travel between London and Gibraltar to ensure strong operational oversight, strategic alignment, and on-the-ground leadership across both locations. Relocation to Gibraltar would be highly desirable and strongly preferred for long-term effectiveness in the role.
The ideal candidate will have deep real estate and hospitality expertise, proven experience in strategic leadership, asset strategy, and stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver results at a senior executive level.
Reports to: C-level Executive
Direct reports: Technical Project Managers, Property Manager, Junior Facility Manager
- Analyze performance reporting and work closely on continuous improvements
- Define and implement the leasing strategy for the rest of the portfolio
- Oversee future acquisition and integration into the portfolio as well as execution of the business plan and viability model post-acquisition
- Provide input on potential acquisitions, including market trends, feasibility, and asset potential, make sure that the business plan and assumptions are fully implementable
- Support due diligence and integration planning for new investments
- Identify strategic opportunities for portfolio expansion and optimisation
