We’re looking for a junior graphic designer with strong ideas, a real enthusiasm for creative work and the confidence to contribute throughout the design process. You’ll be keen to develop your skills, explore new technologies and bring new tools and techniques into your day-to-day work. Adobe Creative Suite and Figma knowledge are essential. We are looking for someone with 1-2 years experience in an agency or in-house.
You’ll be organised, collaborative and comfortable managing multiple projects at once, with strong communication and time-management skills. You’ll work closely with the wider team to deliver high-quality creative work that meets deadlines, budgets and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop concepts, presentations and mock-ups, and clearly explain your design thinking
- Work within project budgets while maintaining high creative standards
- Attend internal and client meetings, contributing confidently where relevant
- Work closely with Account Management and Production teams to deliver amends and projects on time
- Stay up to date with design trends, new technologies and emerging creative tools, and share ideas with the team
- Manage and prioritise multiple projects effectively
- Keep timesheets, WIP schedules and project admin up to date
- Represent Yellow Jersey PR at relevant industry, client and social events
