We work across sectors, shaping the future — from AI, crypto, and defence to sustainability, critical infrastructure, and asset management. We’re looking for a Junior/Account Executive to join our team. This role is for someone who lives and breathes the news cycle, wants to help organisations influence it, and is ready to commit to a career in media relations, public strategy, and stakeholder communications.
What we’re looking for:
- Up to 24 months’ experience in PR, journalism, media, politics, or strategic communications
- A deep and ongoing interest in current affairs, business, and public policy
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, detail-driven mindset with a genuine appetite to learn, grow, and occasionally get things wrong
- Someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys the pace and variety of an agency
- An interest in adapting workflows using emerging technologies, including large language models (LLMs)
What you’ll do:
- Join client teams spanning both private and publicly listed companies
- Help shape and deliver creative, high-impact communications strategies embedded in real-world news
- Draft press releases, develop media quotes for senior executives, and coordinate interviews with national and trade titles
- Build strong media and client relationships, becoming a trusted daily point of contact
- Support accounts ranging from early-stage startups to large-cap listed firms
What we offer:
- Salary: £24,000–£26,000, depending on experience
- Hybrid working, with a mandatory three days per week in our Central London office
