What we’re looking for
A talented and fresh thinking Senior Project Executive to manage guest experiences at live events, supporting project leads with operations and logistics.
Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, you will be primarily responsible for guest management and data handling. Ideal candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in event planning, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for high-quality event delivery. You will be part of the Client Services Team, working alongside other internal teams and suppliers, to ensure work is delivered on time, to budget and will measure results, ensuring value and high client satisfaction. Experience working in an event agency or in-house across diverse events is essential.
Main Responsibilities
- Guest Management through our current preferred platform CVENT and be a our platform champion
- Support the Project lead in preparing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets (with guidance)
- Organise, and analyse event-related data for reports and insights
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR). Leverage event management platforms to track registrations and feedback

About You
Our ideal candidate should have:
- Experience of working within an agency, in-house or a similar level currently
- A passion for elevating the guest experience at live events
- Up to date working knowledge of event management platforms (Cvent or similar) to include site build and back end reporting
- Strong organisational and project management expertise to bring experiences to life
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- An ability to thrive within a fast paced environment
