As Project Manager you will be the central source of project direction across your clients, demonstrating your expertise in leading campaign events and projects. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will also work alongside the in-house creative studio team and production team, to ensure work is delivered on time, to budget and with measurable results, ensuring value and high client satisfaction.
To be considered for the role of Project Manager you need to have experience working within an agency at a Project Manager level currently with an appetite for increased project ownership and accountability. You must have experience working across campaigns and be happy to work on both B2C & B2B projects, of varying shapes and sizes.

Essential Skills
- Relevant project management experience in an agency environment minimum 3-5 years.
- Enjoys a varied project workload to include Conferences, Expos, Roadshows, Networking events, Experiential, Activations and Incentives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – confident in client-facing roles, present ideas clearly, influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
- Project and budget management – proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
- Strong copywriting and content skills – strong written communication skills to develop or oversee content and messaging.
- Tech savvy – Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and familiar with project management tools (e.g. monday.com, Procim). Not mandatory as you will learn these systems.
- Flexible to adapt to the change at pace of client requirements and comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated attitude - happy to give things a go—even if it’s new.
- Willing to grow and learn in an environment that encourages development and is highly ambitious.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities
- Project planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Deliver clear communications to the project team and drive regular planning meetings to ensure project planning is on track.
- Project execution: Coordinate and oversee the execution of marketing and brand projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines. Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and manage any changes in project scope. Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within allocated budgets. Optimise resource allocation and utilisation to maximise project efficiency.
- DEI development: Work with the Senior Leadership Team to be part of the development of a thoughtful, inclusive and innovative company. Support our company’s social and environmental sustainability commitments, which you can find on our website.
- Stakeholder management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their business needs, goals, and challenges, and provide strategic solutions to meet their objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Team collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, content creators, and marketers, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Documentation & reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests. Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, milestones, and risks.
