Account Manager - Live Team

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for talented and a super-organised and detail-focused Account Manager to join our team.

Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, you’ll be planning, coordinating, and running a variety of events from start to finish in all areas of logistics from delegate management, venue searches, and event logistics to make sure everything runs smoothly, on time, and beyond expectations.

You should have 3-5 years of experience in events, and be a great problem solver, communicator, and leader—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves delivering top-notch events.

You’ll be part of our Live Team, working with other in-house staff and external suppliers to keep everything on track, on budget, and delivering real value for clients. To be considered, you’ll need experience as an Account Manager in an event agency or in-house, plus a track record of working across a variety of events.

We’re after a strong communicator and project manager who can juggle multiple tasks, keep clients happy, and build great relationships with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage diverse events, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional outcomes.

• Collaborate with in-house teams and external suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent communication throughout project lifecycles.

About You

Our ideal candidate should have:

• Experience (minimum 3 years) of working within an agency, in-house or a similar level currently

• Strong client-facing skills, capable of managing projects independently and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

• A good understanding of project commercials within the project lifecycle with

• Budget handling experience

• A passion for elevating the guest experience at live events

• Up to date working knowledge of event management platforms (Cvent or similar) Strong organisational and project management expertise to bring experiences to life

• Meticulous attention to detail

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Proactive in managing workload and well-being, remaining calm and effective under pressure.

• Procim experience (advantageous not essential)
