The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are looking for a hardworking and motivated person with a ‘can do’ attitude to join our Team. You will manage and support a team of therapists, allocate clients appropriately, work with our partner agencies, and enable the service to constantly develop and improve outcomes.
The successful candidate will have experience of providing therapeutic interventions preferably in the area of domestic and sexual abuse. You will also ideally have management experience in the development and delivery of services. You will be working between Yellow Door Southampton and community settings, across Hampshire; this role will involve travel, and you will be an essential car user.
