The Role

As a Self-employed Mortgage & Protection Consultant, you’ll provide expert mortgage advice, guide clients through the application process, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultations to assess clients’ mortgage needs
  • Advise on mortgage options across the whole market
  • Assist clients in completing mortgage applications accurately
  • Ensure compliance with lender requirements & industry regulations
  • Build relationships with clients, estate agents & key stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor
  • CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently & within a team
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
