The Role:
As Administrator and Payroll Officer, you’ll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly at Yellow Brick Mortgages. This role is split between two key areas: payroll administration (processing commission statements) and mortgage application administration (tracking the progress of applications). Two weeks of each month, you’ll focus on payroll duties, ensuring accurate and timely commission payments for our Mortgage & Protection Consultants. The remaining two will involve supporting the team in tracking mortgage applications, ensuring that all necessary information is up-to-date and accurate.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Payroll Administration (approx. half of the month):
- Process and manage commission statements for Mortgage & Protection Consultants.
- Ensure accurate and timely commission payments based on agreed terms.
- Track and report payroll-related issues and discrepancies.
- Support the team by tracking mortgage applications from start to finish.
- Assist in documenting the status of applications, ensuring all required information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve application queries.
