Yellow 42 are looking for temporary and seasonal chefs for clients across Scotland, from CDP to Head Chef level. We are supporting some excellent businesses in Scotland, with high-quality shifts across hotels, bars, restaurants, and large estates. Live-in roles are available for seasonal or short-term assignments in areas outside Glasgow and Edinburgh. Jobs can run for a week to the whole season - flexibility is key, both for you as the candidate and for the client you will be supporting.
We are looking for:
- Chefs with a minimum of 3 years’ experience, ideally in a high-volume venue.
- Chefs confident in running a section.
- Chefs who are adaptable and can easily follow instructions.
- Must be reliable and able to provide recent references.
Requirements:
- Food safety certificate minimum level 2 (we can offer online modules if required).
- Own knives and chef whites.
- Must have the right to work in the UK – NO sponsorship license in place.
- Must be able to work 40+ hours a week if live-in.
