What we're looking for as Head Chef:
- Previous experience in a Head Chef role, ideally within a hotel or similar hospitality environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Outstanding knowledge of food safety and health & safety standards
- Creative and forward-thinking approach to menu planning and kitchen management
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure
