We’re currently working with a well-regarded Hotel Resort based on Scotland’s East Coast, seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Director to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will sit on an Exec committee reporting to the CEO and lead the hospitality operation, ensuring exceptional service delivery across the hotel, golf and other standalone units. With a focus on driving excellence, enhancing guest experience, and maintaining high standards, you will be the pivotal figure in shaping the resort's reputation.
The successful candidate will manage a talented team, oversee daily operations, and implement strategies that boost sales while maintaining operational efficiency. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and possess strong leadership skills, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior hospitality leadership role, ideally within a hotel resort setting
