As a Business Development Manager on our Field Sales team, you will drive business growth by:
- Hunting for new business through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Tailoring digital marketing solutions during face‑to‑face and virtual consultations.
- Closing deals and negotiating contracts to meet revenue targets.
- Managing client relationships for a seamless experience and up to 12 months post‑sale.
- Analyzing data to identify growth opportunities and improve client ROI.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales (Field Sales or high‑performing telesales).
- Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
- Resilience and a positive outlook when overcoming objections.
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
- Experience in solution selling or SaaS is desirable but not essential.
- A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
