The role of Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator is all about keeping our Talent Acquisition departments admin running smoothly, making sure new starters and internal moves are handled accurately and on time. Supporting an excellent end-to-end candidate experience.
This is a great role that is varied and will work closely with key areas in the business like HR Services and the wider hiring community across the business. Not to forget to mention you would be joining a fantastic TA team that sets the bar high and supports each other to deliver.
What will you be doing
- Being a super user of our ATS (Smart Recruiters) and supporting the TA team with their use of it
- Creating jobs on the ATS
- Raising purchase orders for all invoices relating to recruitment
- Provide regular accurate reporting updates to key stakeholders
- Process right to work checks and reference checks through external portals
- Action contract requests through ATS
- Living and breathing the Yell culture to deliver the best candidate experience throughout their onboarding journey and career with us.
Who are we looking for
- Previous recruitment administration experience in an internal function or an agency
- Experience of working to agreed SLA's
- Some working knowledge of ATS Systems - ideally Smart Recruiters
- Keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to build great relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Confidentiality, Integrity in dealing with sensitive information
- Good working knowledge of MS Suite - Excel/Word/Powerpoint
