About the Role
As a key player in our Field Sales team, youâll be at the forefront of driving business growth. Your role will include:
- Hunting for New Business: Proactively prospecting through selfâsourced and companyâprovided leads, opening doors to new clients.
- Tailoring Solutions: Engage in faceâtoâface and virtual consultations to fully understand customer needs and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Closing Deals: Present, negotiate and seal the deal with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Client Management: Nurture relationships, ensuring a seamless customer experience and consistent account management for up to 12 months postâsale.
- Data Analysis: Conduct inâdepth reviews to identify opportunities for growth, boosting client ROI and delivering longâterm success.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales (Field Sales or highâperforming telesales)
- Strong relationshipâbuilding and negotiation skills
- Resilience and a positive outlook in overcoming objections
- Excellent presentation skillsâboth verbal and written
- Experience in solution selling or SaaS (desirable but not essential)
- A full UK driving licence is required with no more than 6 points
