As a Business Development Manager on our Field Sales team, you will drive business growth by:

  • Hunting for new business through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
  • Tailoring digital marketing solutions during face-to-face and virtual consultations.
  • Closing deals and negotiating contracts to meet revenue targets.
  • Managing client relationships for a seamless experience and up to 12 months post-sale.
  • Analyzing data to identify growth opportunities and improve client ROI.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales (Field Sales or high-performing telesales).
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Resilience and a positive outlook when overcoming objections.
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
  • Experience in solution selling or SaaS is desirable but not essential.
  • A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
