About the Role:
As a key player in our Field Sales team, you’ll be at the forefront of driving business growth. Your responsibilities include:
- Hunting for New Business: Proactively prospecting through self-sourced and company-provided leads to open doors to new clients.
- Tailoring Solutions: Engaging in face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand customer needs and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Closing Deals: Presenting, negotiating, and sealing deals with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Client Management: Nurturing relationships to ensure a seamless customer experience and ongoing account management for up to 12 months post-sale.
- Data Analysis: Conducting in-depth reviews to identify growth opportunities, boost client ROI, and deliver long-term success.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in sales (Field Sales or High Performing Telesales)
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Resilience and a positive attitude in overcoming objections
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
- Experience in solution selling or SaaS (desirable but not essential)
- A full UK driving license with no more than 6 points
