- Staff supervisions and appraisals
- Compliance with employment regulations

We do not currently have HR software, so reviewing our requirements in this area would be one of your responsibilities. As a small charity (c. 43 salaried staff and casual workers, plus volunteers), the role will require balancing practical tasks with management responsibilities. You’ll be based in the office (a lovely rural setting near Twyford, Reading) and, being situated within the rehabilitation centre, you will have daily contact with those men whom you are helping. They inspire and motivate us just as much as we seek to encourage and support them.
This is a permanent position, full‑time or part‑time considered. As this is a strategic post within an actively Christian setting, applications should be from committed Christians. Schedule 9, Part 1:3(a) of the Equality Act 2010 applies.
