We are looking for a Product Manager with deep product expertise, strategic vision, and proven leadership capabilities to join our growing team. This role requires working closely with the Founders to shape product strategy, build and execute comprehensive product roadmaps, and drive execution with engineering, design, and data teams. The ideal candidate brings experience from global companies with strong domain knowledge in e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, or F&B, combined with technical depth in data platforms and SaaS environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the Founders to define product vision, strategy, and long-term priorities.
- Develop and own the product roadmap from ideation through launch and optimization.
- Drive product innovation by identifying opportunities for efficiency, customer value, and competitive differentiation across e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, or F&B sectors.
- Bring a global product perspective, leveraging prior experience in international and regional markets.
- Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and actionable roadmaps.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, design, operations, and marketing) to ensure product goals are delivered on time and at quality.
- Define and track product KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
- Apply data-driven decision-making to optimize product performance and user experience.
- Utilize agile methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello, etc.) to drive efficient delivery cycles.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform product decisions.
- Communicate product updates, strategy, and progress effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Ideal Profile:
- 3-5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager with progressive responsibility and scope.
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to define and analyze product metrics.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP) and modern data infrastructure.
- Understanding of API integrations, payment systems, and platform architecture.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, or F&B industries is highly desirable.
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS or AI-driven product environments (highly valued).
- Experience building or managing data platforms, analytics products, or ML/AI features.
