Years is recruiting a Cleaning & Hygiene Manager to own the overnight hygiene and cleaning strategy across our site in the United Kingdom. You will set the budget, headcount, and KPIs to ensure food safety, allergen control, and COSHH compliance, driving continuous improvement.
You will lead the Overnight Cleaning Supervisors, manage rotas and training, oversee environmental swabbing, CAPA closure, and liaise with QA/Technical on BRCGS audits, delivering robust hygiene performance.
