Years is growing rapidly in the UK, delivering human-cut, personalised meals for dogs. You’ll build health, safety and engineering foundations to achieve SALSA accreditation while keeping APHA approvals intact, with hands-on work on floor training and SOPs.
You’ll report to the CEO and work with shift managers, engineering, and site leadership to close actions, embed safe ways of working, and ensure audit readiness across production and maintenance.
