As a high-growth direct-to-consumer brand, we operate from a fully-funded 25,000 sq.ft headquarters with an experienced founding team. We are currently recruiting team members who believe anything is possible and are dedicated to achieving excellence.

This is a full-time on-site role for an NPD Technologist located in Nottingham. The NPD Technologist will be responsible for developing new product formulations, conducting product testing and trials, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Daily tasks include:

  • Researching and sourcing new ingredients
  • Preparing samples
  • Maintaining detailed documentation
  • Supporting the production process from concept to launch

Qualifications:

  • Experience in new product development (NPD) and formulation
  • Knowledge of food safety and regulatory compliance
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field
