Your Mission

As our AI Project Lead, you\’ll be at the forefront of Years\’ transformation into an AI-first company, working directly with our Co-Founder/ Chief Digital Officer and Software Engineering teams to revolutionise how we serve our customers and their beloved dogs.

This is a pioneering role where you\’ll architect and implement cutting-edge AI solutions that will fundamentally change how we operate – from personalising meal plans to optimising our supply chain and enhancing customer experiences.

You\’ll be joining at an exciting inflection point where we\’re ready to leverage AI and build on the strong foundations we\’ve created to scale our impact and help even more dogs live longer, healthier lives.

Team Purpose & Challenges

• The AI team\’s mission is to transform Years into an AI-first company, fundamentally changing how we serve customers and help dogs live longer, healthier lives through intelligent technology solutions
• Key challenges include integrating AI across a rapidly scaling business, building systems that can handle personalisation at scale, and creating innovative solutions that differentiate Years in the competitive pet food market while maintaining our commitment to quality and customer trust.

???????Reporting & Leadership

• Reports directly to Co-Founder/ Chief Digital Officer.
• Collaborates with all Department Leads – Software Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of AI across all aspects of Years, from customer-facing applications to internal operations
• Design and implement AI-powered solutions using tools like n8n, Claude with MCP Servers, and LangChain
• Develop intelligent automation workflows that enhance efficiency and enable new capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise AI opportunities
• Stay current with AI developments and bring cutting-edge capabilities to Years
