As our Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be a key part of building and scaling our Engineering function from the ground up. This is a brand‑new role in a fast‑paced, startup environment – ideal for someone hands‑on, solutions‑focused, and eager to make their mark. You will work on everything from day‑to‑day reactive fixes to designing preventative maintenance routines that help reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability. You will be trusted to spec and shape your own workspace, source tools and parts, and help define how our machinery evolves as we grow. This role sits at the heart of production and reports to our Engineering Manager. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams like Operations, QA, and Technical, responding to real‑time line issues while also contributing to long‑term projects such as automation and new equipment commissioning. It is a hands‑on role with real variety – split roughly 60/40 or 50/50 between mechanical and electrical work, depending on your background. If you are someone who loves to “tinker” and thrives on improving how things run, you will fit right in.
