Our Client Services team proactively engage with our fund sponsors and others, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of all client interactions, service delivery, and client records. Our Client Services Managers host client visits and chair detailed service review meetings. Providing a link to our in-house operations teams, the Client Services Managers build solid trusting partnerships with all their stakeholders. Our Client Services Managers work according to a hybrid working arrangement with regular travel to client’s premises and our office in Peterborough.
You must have experience in a similar role to be considered for this Client Services Manager role.
