The Company: YeahNice are a multi award-winning, high craft independent creative studio that specialises in branding and go to market campaigns. We are fortunate enough to have a diverse range of clients, although our core markets are tech, beauty and entertainment sectors. We specialise in helping challengers punch above their weight and get results.
The Role: As a Midweight Designer at YeahNice you’ll play an instrumental role in a range of creative projects across branding and campaign briefs. You’ll deliver hands-on creative solutions yourself and alongside the Creative Directors. As a small team, you’ll need to be a self-starter and be excited by the opportunity to really make your mark on our small but growing agency. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn and grow, while putting their design chops to good use.
Responsibilities include:
- Brand identity: Supporting the Creative Directors in developing brand identity concepts including logo design, typography, colour palettes and overall design direction.
- Campaign creation: Concepting routes, building toolkits across OOH, digital, print, influencer activity.
- Design systems: Further developing brands that have been created into robust yet flexible design systems. Can spot opportunities for further development.
- Asset design: Implementing the design across print and digital applications including front end website design and go to market activation.
- Toolkit creation: Development of campaign toolkits for rollout.
- Internal projects: Helping bring our projects to life for our own showcase including creating case studies for social, online and presentation decks. Creating additional assets for social media.
Must have:
- A stunning portfolio showcasing your broad experience in innovative design.
- 3 years + experience agency side.
- Excellent attention to detail with a passion for craft.
- Ability to juggle and meet deadlines.
- Experience with brand development and campaign creation.
- A team player, ready to ‘muck in’ and help drive the agency forward.
- Highly organised and adept at meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and/or other relevant design tools.

- We’re a studio that thinks motion first. A working knowledge of motion graphics will be welcomed.
The detail: The role is full time, with two days a week working from our Shoreditch office.
