Yeah Nice are a multi award-winning, high‑craft independent creative studio that specialises in branding and go‑to‑market campaigns.

We have a diverse range of clients, with core markets in tech, beauty and entertainment.

We specialise in helping challengers punch above their weight and get results.

Following recent exciting client wins we are looking to bring on a Senior Designer for an initial three‑month contract, with potential for extension or permanent placement.

Your role

As a Senior Brand Designer at Yeah Nice you’ll play an instrumental role in a range of creative projects across branding briefs.

You’ll deliver hands‑on creative solutions yourself and alongside the Creative Directors.

As a small team, you’ll need to be a self‑starter and be excited by the opportunity to really make your mark on our growing agency.

Responsibilities

  • Brand identity: Concepting and developing brand identity concepts including logo design, typography, colour palettes and overall design direction.
  • Campaign creation: Concepting routes, building toolkits across OOH, digital, print and influencer activity.
  • Design systems: Further developing brands into robust yet flexible design systems and spotting opportunities for further development.
  • Brand guardianship: Development of brand guidelines and ongoing rollout and assets.
  • Asset design: Implementing the design across print, digital applications including front‑end website design and go‑to‑market activation.
  • Internal projects: Helping bring our projects to life for our own showcase, creating case studies for social, online and presentation decks, and creating additional assets for social media.
  • Proactive ideas: Generating new ways to bring our clients’ brands to life in interesting and engaging ways.
  • Must have
  • A stunning portfolio showcasing broad experience in innovative design.
  • 5+ years industry experience.
  • Strong understanding of In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma. Motion is a bonus.
  • Experience creating brands and campaigns for small and large organisations.
  • Ability to lead projects independently from concept to execution.
  • Comfortable presenting concepts to colleagues and clients.
  • Team player, ready to “muck in” and help drive the agency forward.
  • Highly organised and adept at meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to stand up for your creative vision when appropriate and support team and client opinions when necessary.
  • Passion for design, keen eye for detail, enthusiasm for staying current with art and cultural trends.
  • Positive, can‑do, optimistic attitude.
  • Advantageous
  • Working knowledge of motion graphics (we think motion first).

Detail: The role is full‑time, with two days a week working from our Shoreditch office.
