Responsible for innovation, development, and management of service products within the Fire domain across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Operates global service platforms within the region and builds region-specific service products using Rapid Closed Loop (RCLP) service design process. Works within Global Service Product Management and partners closely with EMEA domain and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owns KPIs for an assigned service product portfolio
  • Operationalizes service platforms from global team
  • Builds and launches region-specific service offerings in alignment with global standards
  • Serves as domain service subject-matter expert (SME)
  • Participates in problem-solving, kaizen, and VSM events
  • Represents regional field and customer voice to global team

Success Measures

  • Supports region domain service P&L performance, including revenue growth and margin expansion
  • Delivers on-performance new service introduction (NSI)
  • Improves service attach/linkage rates across the portfolio
  • Increases premium (full coverage) service mix
  • Drives growth in connected assets

What We Are Looking For

  • Extensive experience in service product management, service operations, service commercial enablement, or product lifecycle management
  • Proven expertise in the Fire Service domain, serving as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert
  • Proven track record of bringing new capabilities to market
  • Strong project management and execution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and initiatives
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness and ability to travel 10–25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration & Management, or Technology
  • Experience working with digital or connected solutions
  • Familiarity with Lean methodologies and tools
