We are looking for a Planner to support our Installation Teams by scheduling engineers, managing appointments, and ensuring efficient service delivery. You’ll play a key role in maximising productivity and delivering a smooth customer experience.

- Plan and schedule engineer workloads to maximise efficiency
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Work closely with Field Managers to resolve scheduling issues
- Coordinate materials and subcontractors to avoid delays
- Provide engineers with job details and support field activity
- Schedule follow-up appointments and process additional work
