This is a pivotal leadership role focused on supplier relationship management, commercial performance, operational resilience, and driving long-term value across the business.**Key Responsibilities*** Develop and implement a supply chain and procurement strategy aligned to business growth objectives.* Lead supplier-related activities during the business separation, ensuring continuity of supply and service.* Build and manage strategic supplier relationships, driving performance, innovation, and service improvements.* Negotiate contracts, pricing, rebates, and commercial agreements to maximise value.* Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and service standards.* Establish procurement governance, supplier risk management, and performance frameworks.* Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and other functions to enhance supply chain performance.* Deliver insightful reporting, KPIs, and recommendations to support business decision-making.**What We're Looking For*** Significant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, Category Management, or Supplier Relationship Management.* Proven success managing strategic suppliers and leading complex commercial negotiations.* Strong understanding of contract management, supplier performance, risk, and governance.* Experience delivering cost efficiencies, service improvements, and operational excellence.* Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through business transformation.* Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and relationship-building capability.* CIPS qualified (or working towards) preferred.**Why Join Us?**This is a unique opportunity to shape the future supply chain capability of a newly independent organisation.
