The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

As Quantity Surveyor, you will manage the day‑to‑day quantity surveying and commercial delivery of projects from contract award through to completion. You will provide commercial and contractual advice to the Sales and Projects teams, working in line with company procedures to monitor and control change. Your focus will be on achieving successful financial outcomes while protecting the Company from commercial risk. Reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting business growth and hold accountability for major projects within your area.

How you will do it:

  • Operate confidently in a fast‑paced commercial environment, managing change, ambiguity and multiple priorities through strong planning, organisation and leadership skills.
  • Provide commercial and contractual advice to Sales and Projects teams.
  • Manage variations and final accounts to ensure timely and profitable agreements, escalating issues where required, and implementing corrective actions to bring projects back to agreed contractual position, budget and programme.
  • Manage change processes, identify claim opportunities, and develop entitlement valuations with supporting substantiation.
