The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

As Quantity Surveyor, you will manage the day‐to‐day quantity surveying and commercial delivery of projects from contract award through to completion. You will provide commercial and contractual advice to the Sales and Projects teams, working in line with company procedures to monitor and control change. Your focus will be on achieving successful financial outcomes while protecting the Company from commercial risk. Reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting business growth and hold accountability for major projects within your area.

How you will do it

You will operate confidently in a fast‐paced commercial environment, managing change, ambiguity and multiple priorities through strong planning, organisation and leadership skills. You are intellectually curious, committed to continuous improvement, and value collaboration as a driver of best practice. A core part of the role is contract and account management across a range of projects. You will manage variations and final accounts to ensure timely and profitable agreements, escalate issues where required, and implement corrective actions to bring projects back to agreed contractual position, budget and programme. You will manage change processes, identify claim opportunities and develop entitlement, valuations and supporting substantiation, ensuring contracts are administered correctly.
