What you will do

Reporting to Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for securing revenue from quoted works from our external sales teams. You will also act as a queue manager, responsible for ensuring opportunities are directed appropriately between external and internal sales teams.

How you will do it

  • Effective management of a pipeline of opportunities to close and win
  • Liaising with management teams to secure business
  • Completing pricing checks and negotiating with customers to secure revenue
  • Providing customer service including updates to customers
  • Speaking with customers to understand needs, opportunities to cross sell/ up sell
  • Calling customers to build relationships and repeat business
  • Strong organisation and communication skills between stakeholders

  • Computer literate - to be able to use Outlook, Word, Excel, and internal systems (training will be provided on these)
  • Excellent customer service skills to provide a customer first experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to work as part of a team but also manage own workload
