**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced **Industrial Refrigeration (IREF) Project Manager** to deliver a portfolio of projects across the UK. You will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, while supporting commercial performance and business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and deliver industrial refrigeration (IREF) projects end-to-end
- Manage multiple projects to meet financial targets, contract obligations, and customer expectations
- Own project P&L, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
- Identify risks and opportunities, implementing effective mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with Sales on bids, tenders, and pricing
- Ensure contracts are commercially sound and compliant
- Lead and develop installation and commissioning teams
- Maintain strong client relationships and stakeholder engagement
- Champion Health & Safety and ensure compliance with UK regulations (PSSR, DSEAR, CDM)
**Essential Requirements**
- Proven Project Management experience
- Strong Industrial Refrigeration (IREF) knowledge
- Experience delivering installation projects in industrial refrigeration
**Skills & Experience**
- Solid understanding of ammonia & CO2 systems
- Knowledge of PSSR, BS EN378, DSEAR, and CDM Regulations
- Contract management and commercial awareness
- Ability to read P&ID drawings and schematics
- Strong communication skills, translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
**Additional**
- Willingness to travel across the UK with time away from home
