What You Will Do

As a Key Account Manager, you will own and grow a portfolio of strategic retail customers, acting as a trusted partner throughout the relationship lifecycle. You will focus on strengthening existing accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and driving long-term customer retention and value. You will play a key role in supporting sustainable revenue growth within the retail loss prevention space.

How You Will Do It

You will build strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, consultants, and integrators, gaining a deep understanding of their operational challenges and objectives. Working closely with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams, you will develop and present tailored security solutions to meet evolving customer needs. You will manage account plans, sales forecasts, and pipelines using CRM tools, monitor market and competitor trends affecting your customers, and represent the business at client meetings, industry events, and within our Retail Experience Centre (REC).

What We Are Looking For

  • You will have proven experience in B2B account management or sales, ideally within electronic security or a related technology environment.
  • You will be commercially minded, customer-focused, and confident managing complex, multi-site retail accounts.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to work autonomously and think strategically.
  • Experience using CRM systems, supporting enterprise customers, and working within the retail sector is highly desirable.
