Rotating 3‑Shift Pattern | 42 hours per week
- Shift pattern (rotating):
- 6am–2pm (Tuesdays finish at 4pm)
- 2pm–10pm (Wednesdays start at 12pm)
- 10pm–6am (Sundays start at 8pm)
What You Will Do
- Support day‑to‑day maintenance across a busy machining and manufacturing environment
- Respond to breakdowns and carry out corrective, preventative, and improvement works
- Fault‑find and repair production and processing machinery
- Build and maintain asset care plans and TPM schedules
- Plan, log and document maintenance tasks using CMMS
- Work closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams
- Supervise external contractors when required
- Support planned maintenance during shutdown periods
- Maintain accurate equipment, spares, and asset documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
How You Will Do It
- Use a proactive, safety‑first approach to maintenance and fault resolution
- Apply strong electrical and/or mechanical diagnostic skills
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders across shifts and departments
- Follow site standards, procedures, and company values
- Take ownership of equipment performance and uptime
What We Are Looking For
- Qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Completed apprenticeship with at least 3 years’ post‑qualification experience
- Background in machinery maintenance, repairs, and breakdown response
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics or PLCs (advantageous)
- Experience using CMMS systems
- IT‑literate with strong problem‑solving skills
- Able to work independently with a proactive, can‑do attitude
