What You’ll Do

  • Service and maintain industry‑leading fire suppression systems for our valued customers.
  • Ensure workplaces remain safe and compliant, supporting our Zero Harm culture.
  • Deliver against performance KPIs, including deficiency resolution and revenue targets.
  • Provide expert fault‑finding, problem‑solving, and customer support.
  • Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to add value.

How You’ll Do It

  • Test and maintain sprinkler systems (wet, dry, alternate, pre‑action, deluge, foam) plus hose reels, hydrants, and water supplies.
  • Operate and flow‑test diesel and electric pumps.
  • Ensure compliance with LPC/FM standards through accurate electronic reporting.
  • Deliver a first‑class customer experience with professionalism and technical excellence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Essential: Proven experience servicing mechanical fire suppression systems.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and self‑motivated – able to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Preferred: Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PDF) for reporting.
