Role Overview: You will commission Security Systems such as Intruder Alarms, Access Control Systems and CCTV, meeting relevant industry standards and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Commission Security systems (Intruder Alarms, Access Control Systems, CCTV) in accordance with industry standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining effective relationships with customers.
- Identify and rectify problems before they occur.
- Service devices safely, avoiding injuries, property damage and loss of materials.
- Manage time effectively and prioritize jobs correctly.
- Complete engineer work reports and hand over certificates/BSIA certificates or checklist as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Experience within the Security industry.
- Valid driving licence.
- Ability to lift and climb ladders.
- Previous experience working in a customer‑facing environment.
