Our Integrated Security Solutions team is dedicated to delivering high quality service to customers by providing service and commissioning support on CCTV, networks and integrated systems. We are looking for Service Engineers who can identify and rectify problems before they occur.

The Service Engineer will provide service support on CCTV, mainly working at one customer and associated sites, while supporting our technical teams and delivering expert knowledge based on their install and service background.

As a Service Engineer you will provide excellent customer service for both internal and external customers, manage and establish relationships with key customers across the North London region, ensure customer satisfaction through servicing devices safely, handle ambiguity, make decisions and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, plan and work technically within an integrated security environment, coordinate with the planning team to manage time and job prioritisation, and carry out reports, handover certificates and checklists as appropriate.

Qualifications
  • Service Engineer experience with CCTV.
  • Working knowledge of mainstream enterprise CCTV systems such as Genetec, Synectics, Milestone, etc.
  • Knowledge of IP technology and analogue systems, industry standards and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Previous experience in a customer‑facing environment.
  • Full and clean driving licence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate technical information to a non‑technical audience.
