We’re looking for an Operational Buyer to join our aftermarket HVAC parts team. This role is focused on ensuring parts are available to meet customer demand, support service teams, and maintain smooth day-to-day supplier performance. What you will do
- Manage purchase orders for HVAC spare parts
- Follow up with suppliers on confirmations, deliveries, shortages, and backorders
- Expedite urgent or critical part requirements to support customer and service needs
- Help maintain the right balance of stock for fast-moving and critical parts
- Keep supplier, pricing, lead time, and part data accurate in ERP systems
- Work closely with customer service, engineering, and internal teams to provide updates on availability and order status
- Support improvements in supplier performance, backorder reduction, and overall parts availability
