We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Social Media Manager with a proven track record in driving social media strategies for B2C brands. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing and growing social media presence across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) in a fast-paced environment. You will lead the development and execution of social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition, while managing a growing team and collaborating across departments to align on objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimise social media strategies across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to achieve business objectives such as brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Create and oversee content plans, ensuring content is aligned with brand messaging, resonates with target audiences, and engages effectively with followers.
- Lead and manage a team of social media specialists, providing mentorship and direction in content creation, community management, and campaign execution.
- Monitor, track, and analyse social media performance using key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI), adjusting strategies to improve performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure our social media presence remains innovative and relevant.
- Manage social media crisis communication and resolve any potential issues quickly and effectively, protecting the brand's reputation.
- Ensure compliance with social media advertising regulations, platform policies, and best practices.
