This is a hands‐on role where you\’ll work across the stack, ship real features quickly, and help bring intelligent, data‐driven experiences into production.

What You\’ll Be Doing

Building and scaling modern applications using Next.js, React , and backend services

Working end to end – from UI and frontend architecture through to APIs and data layers

Delivering features across customer platforms, partner portals, and internal tools

Collaborating closely with design, product, and leadership to create polished, intuitive experiences

Working with CMS platforms (e.g. Payload) to power dynamic content and workflows

Contributing to AI‐powered tools and automation used across the business

Focusing on performance, scalability, accessibility, and clean, maintainable code

This isn\’t AI for show – it\’s AI in production.

Applied AI and automation that improves customer journeys and internal operations

Building and integrating AI‐driven workflows , tooling, and intelligent features

Experimenting with new ideas and shipping quickly in a real commercial environment

Seeing your work used daily across clinics, marketing, and operations – with fast feedback loops

What We\’re Looking For

Strong experience with React and Next.js

Backend experience (Node, Python/Django, or similar)

Confidence working with APIs, state management, and data

A product mindset – you care about why you\’re building something, not just how

Comfortable taking ownership and working collaboratively in a small team

Experience with React Native

Familiarity with Python/Django , CMS tools, or embedded workflows

Testing experience (Jest, RTL) and accessibility best practices

Exposure to Figma, CI/CD pipelines, HubSpot, or Shopify

Salary up to £50,000
