Join some of the UK’s most innovative dental brands! YDS Group, Smile White & Yorkshire Dental Suite are expanding their marketing team, and we’re on the lookout for a driven and strategic Affiliate Manager to take full ownership of our affiliate marketing programme. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead the charge in developing affiliate partnerships that grow brand reach and patient acquisition efforts. With at least 3 years of experience in a B2C setting such as ecommerce, beauty, or fashion, you’ll bring deep expertise in platforms like Awin (other similar programs) and a strong commercial mindset to help us scale.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute the affiliate strategy across YDS Group, Smile White & Yorkshire Dental Suite from the ground up.
- Manage relationships with publishers and influencers via Awin and other platforms.
- Negotiate placements, commissions, and collaborations that maximise ROI.
- Analyse market data and performance metrics to spot trends and drive growth.
- Regularly report on key KPIs (traffic, leads, conversions, ROI) and deliver actionable insights.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with brand and business goals.
- Stay updated on affiliate trends, regulations, and platform developments.
- Lay the foundation for a growing affiliate team as the channel scales.
- Manage a variety of affiliate programs, including cashback and voucher sites, influencer partnerships, and comparison platforms.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of affiliate marketing experience in a fast-paced B2C environment.
- Hands-on experience with Awin or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to build and optimise profitable affiliate partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset, confident using data to guide strategy.
- Self-starter who thrives with ownership and autonomy.
- A degree in marketing or a related field is preferred (Russell Group university ideal).
