About us
YDS Group is the parent company behind two growing dental and aesthetics brands: Yorkshire Dental Suite and Smile White. Our marketing team is busy, ambitious and working across two brands at once - which means delivery, organisation and accountability matter enormously.
The role
You'll be the operational backbone of the marketing team. You'll own how marketing work flows - planning it, scheduling it, tracking it, and making sure the right people deliver the right things at the right time. You'll keep campaigns and projects moving across both brands, chase down blockers before they become problems, and hold the team accountable to deadlines and quality. You won't necessarily be setting the marketing strategy - you'll be the person who makes sure it actually gets delivered.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the marketing team's workload, planning and prioritising work across both brands.
- Build and maintain clear project plans, timelines and workflows so everyone knows what's due and when.
- Hold team members and contributors accountable to deadlines, quality standards and deliverables.
- Run the day-to-day coordination of campaigns and projects, keeping work moving and flagging risks early.
- Manage briefs, resources and capacity, making sure work is allocated sensibly and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners or agencies to deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Bring structure and process to how the team works, introducing tools and ways of working that improve delivery.
- Report on progress, workload and delivery to marketing and group leadership.
- Keep communication clear and momentum high, removing blockers so the team can do their best work.
What we're looking for
Essential
- Solid experience as a Project Manager, Traffic Manager or similar delivery-focused role, ideally gained in a marketing or creative agency environment.
- A proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines at pace without dropping the ball.
- Genuine skill at holding people accountable - firm, fair and able to keep a team on track without friction.
- Excellent organisation and process skills, with experience using project management tools (e.g. Asana, Monday.com, Trello, ClickUp).
- Strong communication and people skills, and the confidence to coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
- A calm, solutions-focused approach when priorities shift and pressure rises.
Desirable
- Experience managing workload across multiple brands, clients or accounts.
- A recognised project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, PMP).
- Understanding of marketing delivery across digital, content, creative and paid channels.
- Experience in a fast-growing or multi-site business.
What we offer
- A salary of £40,000 – £50,000 depending on experience.
- A pivotal role at the heart of a busy, ambitious marketing team working across two growing brands.
- A Leeds-based office and a team that values structure, delivery and getting things done well.
