- We are currently looking for an experienced
- Gold Card Electrician to join a
- 6-week commercial retrofit Solar PV project in
Bradford . The project involves installing Solar PV systems on new-build warehouses , working as part of an experienced electrical team.
Duties
- Installation of commercial Solar PV systems.
- Installing metal containment and traywork.
- Running strings from solar panels to inverters.
- Cutting, fitting and installing metal containment.
- Using an angle grinder to modify containment.
- Operating scissor lifts to carry out work at height.
- Working safely and efficiently on a busy commercial site.
Essential Requirements
- ECS Gold Card.
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation.
- AM2 qualification.
- IPAF Licence (3a/3b) – able to operate scissor lifts.
- Previous commercial electrical installation experience.
- Confident working at height.
- Experience with containment and metal traywork.
- Own angle grinder and standard electrical hand tools.
- Full PPE.
Desirable
- Previous Solar PV installation experience.
- Experience working on warehouse or industrial projects.
