Job Description
- We're looking for
- 2 Skilled Labourers and
1 Multi-Skilled Operative (Carpentry) to join a nursery school refurbishment project in Birmingham, starting tomorrow .
This role will involve assisting with a full refurbishment, including
- Rip out of existing bathrooms
- Lifting vinyl flooring
- Stud wall installation
- Basic plumbing alterations (minor pipework)
- General site labouring
- Plastering and skimming
- Assisting trades as required
Please note
Electrical and main plumbing works are being carried out by specialist subcontractors.
Requirements
- Previous refurbishment experience
- Own PPE (Safety boots, Hi-Vis, gloves and safety goggles)
- Ability to start immediately
- Reliable and hardworking
