As Office Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the London office, ensuring a well-organised, efficient, and compliant working environment. You will be the central point of contact for office operations, suppliers, and building management, with ownership of everything from daily operations and supplier relationships to team wellbeing and social events. You will play a key role in maintaining a workspace that reflects Y.CO’s high standards, ensuring the office operates seamlessly.

Your exceptional organisational skills and proactive mindset will allow you to manage competing priorities with ease. You will take pride in creating an environment where employees feel supported, safe, and able to perform at their best. You will also contribute to Y.CO’s sustainability programs, ensuring office operations and supplier partnerships align with broader environmental commitments. You will also provide support to the Compliance team with ad hoc projects.
